Description
The Aqua Power skimmer weir is an aftermarket pool accessory designed to increase surface water velocity and skimming efficiency. Ideal for old or unique skimmer models where finding a traditional weir door is difficult.
Installation
- Skimmers with existing holes: Insert using the provided side pins, compress the spring mechanism, and snap the unit into place.
- Skimmers without holes: Remove the standard side pins using pliers or a wrench, attach the provided rubber plugs, compress the device, and seat it flush against the bottom.
- Alignment: Position the foot facing downward and place the unit as far forward in the skimmer throat as possible, ensuring zero gap at the base.
