Copper sulphate algaecide pucks

POOL BLOCKS are non-foaming copper sulphate based algaecide pucks designed to kill green, mustard and black algae in swimming pools. POOL BLOCKS target algae growing on pool walls and floors while helping to control persistent algae growth as part of a regular maintenance routine. For best results, maintain pool water pH between 7.2 – 7.6 during treatment.

Application Method

• Place directly into the skimmer basket

Instructions

• Add 1 POOL BLOCKS puck per 25,000 L of pool water for initial treatment.
  
• For persistent algae growth, add 1 puck per 50,000 L monthly.
  
• Maintain pool water pH between 7.2 – 7.6 during treatment.
  
• Brush pool walls weekly when treating black spot algae.
  
• Use with a pool sanitizer at all times.
  
• Use a sequestrating agent alongside copper sulphate products to help prevent staining and scaling.
  
• DO NOT use as a replacement for sanitizer products.
